In essence, we hold all personal data securely and we will only share data with our third party carriers to deliver the product and services to our customer, against the order placed by you. We have received updated privacy policies from our carriers and service providers to ensure that they too comply with the new legislation. We do not use personal data for any other purpose other than to fulfil our contract with you and we will only retain the information as long is legally required. We have made all our staff aware of the legislation and the need to protect personal data and all our systems are password protected so that no unauthorised personnel can access personal data.
