Shipments and returns

Your order shipment

a) furnitYOUR provides delivery to Ireland/N Ireland.

b) Many items are special orders i.e. ordered especially for you from the manufacturer.  Whilst a lead-time may be estimated at the time of purchase this is merely an estimate based on past experience and as such does not constitute part of any agreement between furnitYOUR and the customer.  Under no circumstances will furnitYOUR be held responsible in any way for delays on the part of the manufacturer or the non-availability of the item requested.

c) Where an item is in stock we will contact you within 24hrs to arrange delivery.

c) In cases where a customer has arranged delivery of an item(s)  and no person is available to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for the extra costs incurred by furnitYOUR, and the details of such costs will be notified to the customer prior to departure of the delivery.

d) furnitYOUR shall arrange delivery of an item to the front entrance of the property requested by the customer.  furnitYOUR will not accept responsibility for damage to any item of furniture arriving from the movement of said item of furniture through the various passages, hallways and doorways of the property.

e) If you wish to collect an item from our store or warehouse please let us know so that we can make sure that it is ready for collection.

f) Shipping is free when you spend over €100, a small fee of €10 will apply to orders below this value.

g) The majority of goods will be delivered by our own delivery team although smaller items may be delivered by nightline couriers. Delivery method will be confirmed to you on completion of order.
